Athletes must understand the emotional and psychological challenges they will face when transitioning out of sports either voluntarily or forcefully due to injury or unforeseen circumstances. This service is designed for athletes, student-athletes, parents, and professionals who are transitioning between sports, experiencing career foreclosure, or require assistance in preparing for the academic shift (HS to college, life after graduation, etc). This services focuses on the transition emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Each client(s) will have a personalized plan.
